电子万能试验机光电位移测量系统工作方法
为了测量电子万能试验机横梁移动的距离,广泛使用安装在滚珠丝杠上的光电脉冲发生器来连续侧量丝杠的转角以间接测量横梁位移,它是在一片圆形玻璃片上,按其圆周方向刻上1000条刻线,当有光线由上向下通过时,会在下面的光栏板上产生明暗条纹。
当圆片转动时,会使安装在电子万能试验机上的光敏元件产生电脉冲,利用8031产生中断来进行计数,这样就能记下丝杠连续转过角度,从而得知横梁移动的距离。
