常用维氏和洛氏硬度计区别
维氏硬度计和洛氏硬度计相比数据精确。
(1)维氏硬度(HV)
以120kg以内的载荷和顶角为136°的金刚石方形锥压入器压入材料表面，用材料压痕凹坑的表面积除以载荷值，即为维氏硬度值(HV)，相对来说维氏硬度计是适用于材料偏软或材料很薄的金属材料。
(2)洛氏硬度(HR)
用有一定顶角(例如120°)的金刚石圆锥体压头或一定直径D的淬硬钢球，在一定负荷P作用下压入试件表面，保持一段时间后卸去载荷，在试件表面将会留下某个深度的压痕。由洛氏硬度机自动测量压坑深度并以硬度值读数显示(显然，压坑越深，硬度越低，表示的洛氏硬度值越小)。根据压头与负荷的不同，洛氏硬度还分为HRA、HRB、HRC三种，其中以HRC为最常用。 因洛氏硬度计的试验力值很大，该硬度计适用于材质较硬的黑色金属、有色金属的洛氏硬度测定。洛氏硬度HRC与布氏硬度HB之间有如下换算关系：HRC≈0.1HB。
