金属材料硬度与耐磨性之间的关系


  在一些机械加工或金属材料企业,很多人通过硬度计的检测就能计算出金属材料的耐磨性,通过分析我们可以看出金属材料的硬度与耐磨性之间存在着一种对应的关系,只要能掌握他们之间的转换关系就能通过硬度轻易的得出耐磨性,在不考虑其他因素的情况下硬度越高耐磨性也就好,那么这时候就需要检测金属材料的硬度直接算出耐磨度,但是耐磨性最好的材料不一定硬度高,最常用的耐磨材料比如铸铁硬度就不高,因为在金属材料中添加具有润滑左右的其它元素,铸铁的耐磨性好是因为灰铸铁内含有片状石墨的,我们知道石墨具有润滑性能。所以铸铁虽然硬度低但是耐磨性好就是因为石墨的减磨。还有就是表面的光洁度,表面光洁度越高,摩擦越小相对来说同种材料根据表面处理不同,当然这些都是才特殊的环境下,在通常情况下,硬度跟耐磨性是成正比的。材料的硬度越高,耐磨性越好,故常将硬度值作为衡量材料耐磨性的重要指标之一。发动机的凸轮轴就常用铸铁。
