钢丝扭转性能试验怎么做


  铜丝的扭转试验,试件尽可能平直,必要时需矫直,但不能伤及表面,也不得扭曲试件。为使试件在试验过程中平直,应施加某种形式的拉紧力,这种拉紧力不得大于试验线材公称抗拉强度相应力值的2%,轴向加力采用了砝码加力。具体实验步骤如下:
  1.新建试验记录
  2.输入试验机试样的参数,在设置参数时分为2个部分,试样参数和预设参数及结果,对于试样参数这部分知识针对螺旋弹簧而设置的,当试样为碟簧、板簧时,这些参数可以不填写,不填写的参数报表中不打印。
  3.参数设置完成后将试样放置于夹具的中心位置。
  4.设置试验参数,试验速度不要过大,否则试验结果不准确。
  5.待准备就绪后试验开始。点按钮试验开始开始试验,试验完成后自动结束,也可以在试验过程中点试验介绍按钮结束试验。
  6.查看试验结果并打印结果报表,数据信息会以Word表格的形式展现。
